A: Breath control, also asphyxiation and ‘suffocation’, are ways of controlling the intake of air to the lungs, thus blood and oxygen to the brain, thus causing cerebral anoxia, in order to achieve an altered/heightened state of consciousness.
Q: How is the breath controlled?
A: The two main ways are by ‘suffocation’ and asphyxiation.
a) ‘Suffocation’ can be achieved in a variety of ways, from the mild to the more extreme. Stockings may be placed in the mouth and/or over the head, for example, or a gas mask could be used. Re-breath bags are one of the most effective and extreme ways to control breath in this way, and induce ‘slow suffocation’ as the special mask essentially recycles your own breath until the oxygen runs out.
b) Asphyxiation is normally done using a selection of stockings and a garrote. The garrote works as a ‘noose’ with a wooden ‘stick’ tied at the end, and when expertly worked in this fashion, each turn of the rope will literally take your breath away.

A: Even the most simple and subtle of breath control techniques, such as meditative circular breathing, for example, can have astonishing results, both in a holistic sense and also regarding ‘gnosis’. Those of a more extreme nature, like ‘suffocation’ and asphyxiation, when entered into with the correct safety procedures, can induce a state of giddiness, lightheadedness, and exhilaration caused by cerebral anoxia as the blood and oxygen supply to the brain are restricted.

A: As with amyl nitrate, when used correctly, breath control can heighten emotive response and achieve a (temporary) seemingly-hallucinogenic state, thus assisting with freedom from inhibition, and facilitating a more ‘spiritual’ experience. In addition to which, the act of restricting the breath, of course, is another of the multitude of ways that I may exercise my complete control over you.

A: The breath control techniques I use are perfectly safe, as I use them correctly and with the utmost care and responsibility. However, breath control techniques of this nature are not recommended for those with respiratory, heart, or blood pressure conditions, and are not advised for those ‘of years’.
Please note: I only ever use breath control techniques if I am 100% happy that you and the session will benefit from such use. If I have even the slightest doubts regarding your suitability to partake in breath control ‘play’, I reserve the right to cancel and/or stop the session immediately. When breath control is in use during a session, I will be constantly monitoring you and have simple, safe, and effective techniques for indicating exactly when I should stop … in a medical sense, that is.
